AI does my paperwork. I do the people work.

I help business and safety professionals integrate AI into their work and win those hours back for the people work, grounded in twenty years of organizational, HOP, and human factors consulting.

Twenty years inside mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, utilities, and construction taught me which work has to stay human. I help HSE teams and independent safety consultants hand the paperwork to AI and get back to people. In English and Spanish.

The 4-Lens Architecture

Four ways into the same work.

Most operations I walk into have solid programs and capable people. The pieces just aren't talking to each other, and that gap is where things fall apart. So here's my first question, and it's a real one: where's that gap in your operation? Pick the lens closest to it.

The posture

Embedded, not advisory.

Most consulting ends with a deck and a handoff. Mine ends when your team runs the system without me: facilitators trained, workflows that stick, leaders who can stay in the room for the harder conversation. I've worked that way since a bus factory in Mexico, and I stay until the work holds.

And when your people push back? Good. The resistance is not the problem. The resistance is the signal. It's telling us where to look.

AI integration · the new layer

It didn't replace the work.
It improved it.

In 2022, AI looked like a party trick to me. It wrote raps. It cloned voices. Cute. Then I pointed it at the paperwork that was keeping me from people, and it changed my practice: the reports, the follow-ups, the newsletter. You're looking at the demo. AI doesn't take jobs. It takes tasks. That's the time I help you take back.

Who I work with

Is one of these you?

HSE directors

You're drowning in paperwork.

Incident reports, JSAs, audit prep: hours every week that should be spent with your people. You're skeptical of AI hype, and you should be. Most of it earns the skepticism. That's exactly where we start.

Independent consultants

You're the product, and you're out of hours.

Your clients hired you for the human work: the relationships, the judgment, the presence. AI can carry the rest without touching any of that. I rebuilt my own practice around it first; I'll show you how.

What would you do with your afternoons back?
