A few things people ask first.
Do you take small engagements, or only large transformations?
Both. The smallest piece of work I take is a one-day Learning Team facilitation. The largest is a multi-year culture engagement. Most things sit in between. We shape it together in the first call.
Will this work for a non-industrial company?
Sometimes. The HOP and leadership work travels well. The deepest version of my safety work is shaped by mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, utilities, and construction, and that's where I'm strongest.
Do you work in Spanish?
Sí. Trabajo en inglés y español mexicano. Para clientes con operaciones en LATAM o personal hispanohablante, esto cambia mucho la calidad de la conversación.
Do I have to be sold on AI before we talk?

What does a first conversation usually cover?
Thirty minutes. You describe what you're sitting with. I ask questions. By the end, we both know whether the work is real and whether we should keep talking. No slide deck either way.
